• A very thick layer of solid 14k gold pressure-bonded to a jeweler’s brass core. The solid 14k gold layer is 100x thicker than gold plating and makes up 5% of the weight of the piece.

• The gold layer is thick enough to keep skin sensitivities low just like solid gold.

• 14k rose gold filled is just like 14k gold filled with little copper added for a rosy hue.

 

925 Sterling Silver

• A precious metal made up of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% of an alloy, usually copper for added strength.

• 925 Sterling Silver DOES tarnish. It may tarnish quicker depending on your body chemistry, environment, and humidity levels etc.
