925 Sterling Silver will naturally patina or tarnish over time, giving it a vintage or aged look. Everyone is unique, including their body chemistry. Sterling Silver may tarnish very quickly for one person and very slowly for another. Be cautious of body lotions, makeup, and hairspray, as these can leave a film behind and possibly stain your Sterling Silver piece. Tarnishing can happen faster in areas with high humidity.

Our 925 Sterling Silver is a solid piece of silver throughout, so you can polish it over and over again without damaging it.
For deep cleaning, gently soak your Sterling Silver in lukewarm water for a few minutes and lightly wipe off any makeup or lotion buildup. Follow up with a silver polishing cloth.
We ship all our silver pieces with a tiny anti-tarnish tab that can be placed in your jewelry box to help counteract tarnishing. (A tiny piece of chalk will work too)
